Well, there's a whole flock of bloggable moments! The Alice quotes are particularly clever. I think I've already met almost all the challenges ... but I'll come up with something.

Great challenge, Pollyanna!

I already have my historical fiction book picked out ; El Tigre by John Manhold. It follows a young man, Johann, from Prussia to the United States (some stops in between, naturally, with action and adventure), where he helps establish Texas and California. According to the reviews is has lots of action and lots of historical material woven in so expertly that all you'll really notice is the story. Can't wait!
